Lessons
These lessons follow a teaching sequence, which is not the same as NESA's inquiry-question (IQ) numbering. NESA's official order is IQ1 (properties and classification of matter), IQ2 (atomic structure and mass), IQ3 (periodicity) and IQ4 (bonding and structure–property relationships). Here bonding (Lessons 6–12) is introduced before the atomic-structure and periodicity lessons (13–19) so the structure–property story builds in a natural order; every lesson still states the IQ and syllabus dot point it covers, so the official IQ numbering is preserved, only the lesson order is pedagogical.
