I'm Kyle James, a current NSW HSC science teacher living on the Central Coast. I tutor Year 11 and Year 12 students in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and almost all of them come from Coast schools, from Gosford and Erina down through Kincumber and Woy Woy, and north through Lisarow, Tuggerah and Wyong.
Being local matters more than it sounds. Central Coast schools run their own assessment calendars, their own depth-study briefs and their own trial papers, and a tutor who already knows how those tasks are written and marked can aim a session at the exact task in front of you rather than at a generic worksheet. When your trial is three weeks away, that difference is the whole point.
Sessions run online for now, which is genuinely the better option in term time: no one drives to Erina at 5pm, and a student who finished school at 3:15 does not lose an hour of study to a car. In-person places on the Coast open from December, when a dedicated teaching space opens, and holiday intensives will run from there first.

Because sessions currently run online, your suburb does not limit anything, a student in Toukley gets exactly the same hour as a student in Gosford. The list matters from December, when in-person places open and travel time starts to count again. You do not have to pay anything to start. The whole NSW HSC science course is already on this site as free interactive lessons, so you can work through Biology, Chemistry or Physics tonight and see where the gaps actually are. Plenty of Central Coast students use the lessons on their own and only book tutoring for the two or three topics that will not budge, which is a perfectly good plan and I would rather you did that than paid for hours you do not need.
